What Quick Setup Creates
Quick setup creates:- one default currency
- core economy rules
- a starter shop category
- starter items
- starter shop listings
- starter activities
- starter jobs
Recommended First 30 Minutes
1. Confirm your core loop
Before inviting members into the system, make sure this loop makes sense: earn currency → want something → spend currency → come back tomorrow If one part is missing, the economy feels confusing:- no ways to earn = players stop immediately
- no reasons to spend = balances only inflate
- no progression or goals = the system feels shallow
2. Keep the launch scope small
For launch, you usually only need:- one currency
- dailies on or off
- 2 to 4 earning sources
- a small shop with clear prices
- optional jobs for mid-term progression
3. Check the Overview page
The Overview panel is the best place to verify:- whether economy is enabled
- whether a default currency exists
- whether members have ways to earn
- whether the shop is ready to remove currency from circulation
- whether you still need to configure content
4. Read the guide panel on the right
Each section in the dashboard includes a contextual guide panel that explains:- what the section does
- when to use it
- what to do next
Safe Launch Order
Use this order unless you already know exactly what you want:- General rules
- Currencies
- Activities / Jobs / Income
- Items
- Shop
- Games / Boxes / Quests / Events
- Members / Journal / Analytics
Common First Launch Mistakes
Rewards are too high
If members earn a lot but have nothing interesting to buy, your economy inflates fast and stops feeling meaningful.Too many systems at once
If you enable dailies, jobs, passive income, gambling, lootboxes, quests, and events at launch, it becomes hard to understand what is causing balance issues.Shop prices are disconnected from payouts
If members can afford the best item almost instantly, progression collapses. If they cannot afford anything for too long, motivation collapses.Gambling is enabled too early
MurFFy keeps gambling off by default in quick setup. That is intentional. Add it later only if it fits your server culture. After Launch
After the first day, review:- Members to see if real balances make sense
- Journal to understand where currency is moving
- Analytics to spot runaway supply growth
- Balancing guide before increasing rewards or lowering prices
