Scheduled Reminders
Set up recurring messages to be sent to specific channels at regular intervals.Free plan servers are limited to 2 scheduled reminders. Premium servers can create up to 5.
Creating a Reminder
To create a new reminder, click the Create Reminder button in the Scheduled Reminders dashboard to open the configuration modal.
Configure the following settings in the modal:
- Channel: The Discord channel where the reminder will be sent.
- Message Content: The message text sent outside of the embed. This is useful for pinging users or roles, or referencing channels:
- Mention a user:
<@userId> - Mention a channel:
<#channelId> - Mention a role:
<@&roleId>
- Mention a user:
- Embed Content: The text to display inside the Discord Embed. (Required)
- Interval: The interval between reminders, specified in minutes.
- Include ‘Mark As Done’ button: Adds a button to the reminder message to track and log completion of the task.
